Cornhole Business Enhancement

We have built our cornhole bag manufacturing business largely through Ebay to this point. We do have a website from which we sell our cornhole bags as well, but we have a few major problems that we are looking to pay someone to fix: 1) We don't have a working logo, so we want someone to design a cutting edge logo for our business. 2) Our website is horribly basic and unattractive. We can sell from it and we do, but we are advertising using Google AdWords and can see how many people look at our site. We get very few purchases compared to the number of visitors to our site. So we want someone to design us a new site (user friendly, attractive, cutting edge). We only sell cornhole bags (finished bags, pre-sewn bags, turned bags, bags in bulk, and the cloth to make them), so it's not like we have a lot of product. 3) Our rank in Google is horrific for the keywords "cornhole bags" and we would like someone to improve that ranking. 4) We would like to develop an affiliate program that would reward customers for referring others...this one may be difficult, but we'd like to eventually see it happen. We are willing to not only pay a one time fee (for instance, for developing our logo), but we're willing to pay someone to keep our site relevant and improve our rank in Google. I realize that this is a multi-faceted project, so if you want to bid specifically on only one or two parts of the project, feel free to do so. The logo and website design are the most important to start with, but the SEO is going to be vital as well.
