I need a logo for a start-up company. SYNCHESTRA will offer traditional business consulting services but it will also work as an incubator of ideas for stand-alone projects, mainly IT and Internet related. This second field of operations is definitely much more prominent in defining the company's image. SYNCHESTRA's mission is "to provide marketable solutions by continuously adapting and reacting to external stimuli, transforming change into success". The vision is to "change the way we look at change". The idea I want to convey is that of a fluid, dynamic entity, ever-changing and adapting but with its core always staying the same, like an orchestra, which can adapt to playing different compositions without changing components. The name Synchestra derives from the terms Synthesis and Orchestra. It symbolises the idea of orchestrating different elements -sometimes as far as opposite- into something harmonic and coherent: from the thesis and the anti-thesis, comes the syn-thesis. This process of thesis-meet-antithesis, in Synchestra, will be continuos and each time give birth to a different project. I like minimalistic design. Company colours might be dark blue and metallic grey but I am definitely open to suggestions. An all-grey logo might also work.
