I need a single page clickbank style sales pitch page created for selling my e-book. I'm looking for you to do the header design, provide all graphics etc... The completed site must look perfect with no issues in IE9, Firefox and Safari. I want the html and css to be simple but with a very HIGH-END design and graphics. I would like the use of lots of gradients, clean images and the most important part is that the site design needs to be compatible with all browsers. I actually prefer tables instead of complex css since all browsers can properly format tables. The e-book i'm selling will be for saving fuel for cars, trucks, suv's etc....
