A CPA Offer Focused Wordpress Site Accepted by CPA Networks

Good Day, I am new to getafreelancer, but not new to hiring freelancers. Thought I would see how the quality of freelancers are here for this project. I need a CPA offer website created that will focus specifically in Beauty. The domain name to use would be ellusive.org. Eg. That Ellusive Beauty Can be Yours. The site should use Wordpress and any necessary plugins required. If you need to purchase a particular wordpress theme to complete the project, please just tell me where it purchase it and I will do so at my own expense. Please do not build that into your bid if this is necessary. I already have the Thesis theme and would prefer to use this, as it allows for a lot of easy flexibility in edits and admin (not to mention clean code). If you would like to just make adjustments to it to fit the Beauty category that would be acceptable. What is most important about the setup is that it should be geared towards CPA network offers, including both image ads, text, and being able to accept email submits. This site need to be acceptable to CPA networks like NeverBlue, Media Trust, and others. Some plugins I would prefer to have at least as a minimum as part of the site includes: Feedwordpress Get Recent Comments Google Ajax Translation Google Sitemap Generator Maxblogpress Ping Optimizer Redirection Seo Automatic Links Statpress Seolution Wp-Cumulus All in One SEO Pack (only if using other themes, not necessary with Thesis) Contact Form Yet Another Related Posts Plugin (YARPP) Twitter for Wordpress The format I believe would work best is to have feedwordpress aggregate content from various authority beauty sites and article directories that offer RRS. The front page should only have CPA offers, while the aggregated content would be in sub pages. Using our own or others that Tweet on beauty topics would be added to the site as well as another content source. If you have another format that you believe would work better I am open to suggestion. Offers to show would be like: Acne solution Teeth Whitening Anti Age Skin Cream I will send you any/all the available images/text/email submits available for these offers from the networks if you need it. I will provide Ftp/Cpanel access to the successful freelancer. This is one of a series I wish to have built(other areas like credit and health), so I am really looking for a freelancer that will continue to deliver, and not a one hit 'give me a good review' wonder. However I will continue to post the project here to ensure accountability, competitiveness, and quality.
