Build 2x drupal themes based on ZEN Theme

Actually we are searching for someone who can build as two drupal themes, based on ZEN. They are looking very simular, that the winner should do both together. The construction isn't that diffucult so that the winner should get both really quickly after winning. The basic construction should looks like [1] [login to view URL] [2] [login to view URL] Its quit important not to copy 1:1. The urls just for a better understanding to get close to the references. [1] over the picture area, we want to have the page/content area. the picture should looks transparently through and we want to change the picture for diffrent categories (sections). longer content areas should go down with the height, based white. [2] for the picture are in the center we want to use ddblock. please create here at least two conent areas + footer please based everything in .css, so that we can change the colors ourself for a diffrent looking..
