Beautiful Website Template :: Fantasy-oriented

Looking for a fantasy-themed website template done in a visually dense, striking, luxurious style. We need only the template done, with some additional minor UI work (confined to CSS, no actual template modifications required) for a handful of pages.
While we would prefer to have the designer do the CSS and template splicing, if necessary we can do that here. We simply need someone with design savvy and a very artistic eye to design the template. If you can write the CSS for it, bonus points.
Emphasis of the design is nature, grass, sunlight, stone and beautiful- very beautiful. Base color yellow-green to forest green. We do not want a design that is the current spartan/crisp blog style with a minimum of graphic elements. This website would be old school eye candy style. We would want to see examples of this style (even if they're from 2004) in your portfolio.
Orientation of the layout could be horizontal navigation or vertical navigation. We are also open to bottom-aligned navigation. Design needs to be 968px wide, unlimited vertical scrolling and phone/tablet friendly. Technology is limited to HTML 4/5 and Javascript. No Flash elements.
More extensive documentation on the site itself (including the live development and production sites, as well as mockups and reference samples) would be provided to the chosen freelancer.
Budget is negotiable to the right party.
