Build Out Website Using Template and Articles ..

I need someone that knows Dreamweaver or other web development software that can build out website using templates and content that I provide. I will provide the template and the content/articles to be added to the template. The provider will add pictures as provided. Also will give the provider Adsense code and other affiliate code to add to site as needed. The first site will be about 14 pages only. This is a very easy and quick project, my budget is $35 for this site. You must cross check final site in I.E 7,8 and FireFox 2+ and have no issues. In your bid state "$35 got it!"
