Data Entry and Web Site Design

I am looking for someone to help me with some data entry for my ADULT Web site. You will in charge of taking pictures and details from a few sites and inputting it into one site. Along with putting that new information in the site. I will also provide you with some other models / escorts information via email that I need you to add to the site as well. For each entry you input I will pay you $0.20 It would be helpful if you have a photo script to auto watermark my pics as you will need to do that as part of the job or you can do it manually. It's up to you. And as far as the design help I need. I just need some basis help with the background for example, I need you to change the background. If you know CMS coding even better we can work on some things together as far as adding or changing the way the site is viewed. For the help with the background I will pay you $1. and for everything I ask you to do I will pay you anywhere from $1 to $5 per item I ask you to help me with.
