Custom Website Design And Develop

So I currently have a site which is doing pretty alright in the gambling niche in my country. The current site is only simple html, which means I have to change every thing manually in dreamweaver every time. Therefor I'm looking for something to make it a bit easier and maybe throw in a new design as well. only that I don't have to "manually" do the post all the time. Frontpage(casino) - This is a rough lay-out of what I want it to look like. Of course not 100% like this since it looks a lot like pokerlistings right now. But it is basically how I want the front page to look like with tables and such. - The Top 10 (20) should be customizable, so I can change ranks etc, need a "next/prev button". - The Todays/Weeks best offer "image", should be customizeable. - The news has to be "updated" as in a blog, to its most recent posts. - Do by all means improvise a bit on the "casino games" section, it was just to show that it was supposed to be casino games there. Need at least 4 games on the front page. - "Casinos Online" section is just there to put some text in. I need 4 of these, casino (front page), bingo (inner page), poker (innerpage) and betting (inner page). I have to be able to customize these pages individually, their "top 20 list", "offer of the day" and a news/blog for each, as well as a little textbox at the bottom. I'll just send this first, if you want to discuss it page by page. If not I will send the rest of the pages I want you to create all together in the next mail. I also need a "articles" page, "news page", "best page", a "list of review page" and a "review" page. .................................................................................................................................................................................................................... However I need to be able to customize eache of the "homepages" individually as I've stated in previous Description. I have not designed a psd, I just copied something from a couple of websites to make a rough lay-out, so I could explain easier what I wanted, mostly from [login to view URL] as I want something similar to that. also, the site is a casino, bingo and betting portal^^ thus the need of 4 different customizeable main landing pages casino, poker, bingo and betting portal* have around 150 indexed sites in google one more think that i want to tell you. My suggestion is to not use wordpress for the development of this website. the reason is almost all the work need to be custom done. however you can make the blog in wordpress and give a link to our Blog text on the frontend site no the rating is from the editor at the first page (4 of these) there should be an individual "news" section that shows the most recent news that's been posted at the "casino/poker/bingo/betting news" page however, the top 10(20) tables and header need du be customizeable apart from the "news" section on the "front pages", are everything else supposed to be static, (but customizeable) I want an admin section from where I will be able to upload everything that will show on My current website. that could be a bonus but it is not utmost necessary, as I do not have such software at hand at this moment also, the site is a casino, bingo and betting portal^^ thus the need of 4 different customizeable main landing pages casino, poker, bingo and betting portal* they are redirected to for instance "blackjack" page onsite I can send you the rough-layout for this page.
