Build a Website

Hi, I am looking for a developer for a Hospital and doctor search engine. User should be able to search hospitals/Doctors near his geographical location. There will be details about every mentioned hospital/Doctor. Website will use location detail of user and his query to find suitable hospital/Doctor for him based on filters provided by user. The website and app development would be extensive (i guess) as there will be a lot of data to be dealt with. Can be assumed as something like makemytrip for hospitals. 1. Essentially the project will contain 3 main components to develop. Dynamic Website, Mobile APP (only android) & CMS backend ADMIN. 2. Auto city detector with manual change option from the drop down. 3. User registration with an option to shortlist doctors& hospitals to their profile for future use. This will avoid repeated searches. 4. One touch user registration. 5. The end user should quickly be able to search & locate the hospitals & doctors based on the area, specialty, services, timing 6. There will be filters options as per user criteria. For example filter by distance, fees, gender, AC, Non AC, 24hrs etc. 7. Google map based. Geo location finder. 8. Appointment booking with Doctors will be done in future (it will not be included in start) 9. One touch call button to call a hospital or clinic 10. Search listing page: Find all doctors or hospitals listed with their details. Either by area wise or total number all displayed once. 11. Verified section for the doctors & hospital. Marked by the admin to install faith and confidence in the user. Please give an broad idea of costing and any other requirements from your side as it will help me plan.
