AJAX Professional Needed

Hi there We need a developer experienced with AJAX to develop a Web 2.0 version of our current website. The new website should be fully interactive, but must retain the functionalities offered on our current website. The developer must be UI design-savvy as well, since the interactive functions must remain usable (we are proud that our current website is highly usable, having garnered usability-related awards in the past).
