Bolivia: find 2 students at every university

Bolivia has 16 universities - and we are looking for 2 students at every university which makes a total of 32 students - we are looking for students who would be interested in gaining money with an in-app distribution. The 2 students (we need First Name, Last Name, & e-mail address or mobile number) which should be on the list must meet the following requirements: 1) he has to be inscribed student at the respective university 2) he must be ready to install an app (1.99 $) which includes a distribution job and he should be ready to start promoting the app (sending free sms/e-mails from this app) and gaining money with the distribution (in-app distribution). 3) he must respond when contacted by e-mail 4) needs to have a Paypal account or access to a Paypal account to receive payments.
