Automated Marketing System & CRM design & integration

Hi, I have a website that i've been using as nothing more than a glorified business card for the past year or two! Now I want to rapidly increase traffic and encourage visitors to sign up for some free MP3 & Video downloads that I am putting together. I want a proposal for an ongoing monthly package of SEO, also a proposal for putting together an e commerce system that will collects and organize information captured into my CRM System automatically (Sage ACT). This system will also need to incorporate an automated responder to send out future marketing e mails and monthly newsletters. The system needs to be simple to use as I have a very low boredom threshold and will not take the time to learn anything that's too complicated! As a seperate issue - i want to upload video to you tube from Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 without it ending up looking like a it's been shot on a webcam!!! any suggestions as to the best compression settings would be appreciated too :) Thanks.
