Changes to existing VB.net code for Floating Ruler

Drumlin I have had much feedback on ruler. I would like you to bid on changes I need done. Are you still interested in working on this? let me know your interest I can post as private bid for you List of changes for your reference: 1) automatic close ruler on crash (you said $25 I know) 2) BIG problem: ruler no longer works in Windows7 - Program images are no longer selectable below ruler. Must hide ruler to allow mouse selections. 3)Open Ruler dialog Box. Hover over LENGTH. Offer input box ONLY not list options. 4) Reference line needs: digital readout mouse over Reference line gives double arrow reposition the Reference Line on the ruler by mouse down and drag. 5) make another ruler menu selection call it "Pitch" calculation for this is (user input#/12)*90 example calculations: 0=0degrees, 6=(45degrees) 12=90degrees. Populate menu with choices: 3,4,5,6,7 and input box allowable range 0-12 by 100ths for user 6)Carpenter's Square: -needs scale on the inside, Menu list(like list for opacity): inside/outside/both(default -- see image below) Pivot around the Origin when type in angle ![][1]
