We have a VB .net 2005 application that does FTP transfers to remote sites using a component that we designed. We need a way to limit the upload speed of this application so that it does not saturate the upload bandwidth. The class should do the following: - A property to reflect the current upload speed in Kbps and KBps - A method to limit the upload speed. - A scheduler component with a GUI that is able to adjust the bandwidth depending on the time of days in a week like in P2P applications. e.g. BitComet.
