Automation required in a dynamic Excel Sheet with Summary, Pivot Table

I have a excel template which required some automation. It is a small project and needs a quick turn around. File has been attached.
I also required the template to be dynamic so i can use it year in year out.
Please understand the criteria and the template prior bidding.
1) User should be able to add data into input sheet. Column A to E and K to O is mandatory up to 500 rows.
2)Inside the Summary sheet, when user click on "Update Summary" button it would do the following
-Sort all entries on Input screen via Month
-All Data in from input sheet will flow to Summary Sheet to the respective field
-All Blue and Grey rows should align(See February)
-There could be a month with no entry or a month upto 50 entries
-Monthly Summary data will populate for respective months
- Qtrly Summary data will populate for respective months and qtrs
3)Pivot table from Input data section, which allow to filter thru Category and Month with grand total
4)Dynamic enough to use year in year out
5)The template is static.
