Hello stranger, Thanks for stopping by. I am in need of help from an admin Superstar who can assist me with my PT business. You main aim is to book my schedule up so that I have 35 hours worth of appointments each week-that is your goal. To do this, you will need to correspond with my clients to ensure that they are booked in each week (some people train twice a week, others once a week). You will need to track everyone's attendance on a numbers document (or whichever method you think best). This information will need to be relayed to me regularly. My clients often travel for work and leisure and you will need to know when they are travelling and ensure they are booked in for sessions upon their return or ensure you touch base with them once they have returned from their trip. There are other ad-hoc tasks such as sending birthday emails, transcribing audio and sending out general notifications to my clients e.g. when I go on holidays. I have been a customer service agent for about 8 years. I am trained in the British, American and Austrian Accents so a Native American’s accent is easy. Besides, I have experience in various processes both technical and non-technical. In terms of technical experience, it is Tier 3 ATT ConnecTech support. This is a level of support nobody in technical backgrounds provides these days. Besides that, notably I have also worked with sales processes. In both of these ATT processes, I have been a process trainer and a voice and accent trainer. With the best agent and trainer awards, I have also gone through two different training certification programs, which means I'm the best at what I do - Customer Service!! P.S. I'm a freelancer personal trainer in a gym, a process and voice and accent trainer in a company and a manager and working partner all at the same time. :) I guess I can surely do the job for you and excel at it as well

Hello Laura, I would like to apply to this job. I just started to build up my freelancer career, so you will not find any references about me so far. However I can assure you that you will be satisfied with my job, as all my previous employers. I am an organization maniac, I enjoy arranging my personal files, emails, etc...
