Assistant to do sales/follow up phone calls for me

We're looking for a person with EXCELLENT English skills both verbally and written to make phone calls related to the solicitation of some of our products and services, making appointments, following up with current members, etc. The ideal prospects for this job is extremely positive, upbeat, and friendly, and that shows in his/her voice. You will also have to be coachable and willing to take correction for improvements. You will need access to your own phone service and be able to make phone calls worldwide, especially USA and Canada. If you're using VoIP it will have to be EXTREMELY clear and no hiccups on the line. We will provide scripts and guidelines. You will also need access to a computer with internet. You will also be sending emails and doing other smaller web-related tasks of this sort, mostly follow-up type of tasks.
