We are looking for an expert agency/ freelancers experienced in providing chat support and can manage website chat support -24x7.

We need details of your current clients (how many) and number of employees you have. Also provide your back up planning in case of absenteeism or attrition.

Please list your experience and the chat software you have worked in the past

We are willing to pay at per chat basis to start with. Hence per month price may vary basis number of chats. As we ramp up and have better idea on number of chats, we might relook at the model.- Please add your per chat basis quote in your proposal. Without this, we might not review your proposal

Preference will be given to call centre/ Agencies/ Companies based in INDIA
