Changes in wordpress site

I have got a wordpress website for my business. the url is www.sme-virtual-assistant.com. I hired a developer to customize the website for me and he has messed up with it. I need someone who can fix the errors for me. 1. The problem is with the home page:It all appears red and bold. I am not able to find the reason myself. So need help. 2. I am not able to use custom url. I can just use default url. If I change it to custom url, instead of opening a new page, the page opens in the home page below.
