Create a 15 sec Video

I am looking for a freelancer to produce a quick 5-15sec marketing video for my company. Please note we are a metal framing company using only the best metal. As market tested utilizing metal for construction allows for hassle free, clean and an extremely easy way with which to construct. Being as well ‘Tree & Environmentally Friendly’ and therefore using metal is a VERY green and eco friendly product. Please see attached scope of the video 9 scenes with its captures. Please note photo images are the preferred stock images for this video rather than illustration or animation - this is not animation project. Stock footage should be supplied by the designer and is included in the price. If you are locally based in Atlanta GA, you are welcome to come by the company to gain a clearer idea of the company and its goals. The video should be simple, free following, to the point, quick and with character.
