Hi, this is more of a problem we are experiencing now rather than a work. However, we will be glad to pay a fixed rate for anyone who can solve for us.
Right now, we have a powerpoint slides in 16:9 format, exported to *.wmv format. However when burning to DVD format using multiple software, the video is either zoomed in with both left and right side cut off, or black border surrounding the entire video.
We tried multiple software, paid, free or Window DVD Maker to no avil.
Let me know if you guys got any solution.

I can do it for you. But if you want it without cropping and without black lines, then aspect ratio will be changed, it means that picture will be slightly stretched in horizontal or vertical dimension, depending on source video resolution.

please send me a 1 or two minute sample and i will send you a VIDEO_TS folder that you can burn on a DVD. and before you burned it you can view it with vlc player or any other supports vide_ts playback...
