Hi I own a call back business. Callback explanation: the customer calls the service center phone number and on hearing a ringing tone, the customer simply hangs up and awaits the callback. On receiving this, usually within a few seconds, the customer picks up the phone and dials the required number. A callback, in this sense is a method of making low-cost phone calls via a third party company. I want from a professional to make an explanation video for my business so people can understand the concept and how to use it. I want 3 videos: no more than 1 minute each -for investors I want them to partner with our company. -for my customers to understand how to use the system website use. -for customers but specializes to be send as mms will be very short. The videos will be the same and will follow the same processes and flow, few items and steps will be different. So if you are professional you will understand you are doing almost one video. What should the video contain the points: (this is the preliminary steps after you are awarded this job I will give you the detailed steps for each video) Start: Customer thinking of calling his friend Emm its expensive to make a call directly from the mobile Emm lets use ……………. why! How! 1- Call their number and hang up after the first call 2- Wait ……………….. will call you back in few seconds 3- ………………………. call the customer back 4- He answer the call ( ohh nice so its cheaper now, because i received the call) 5- Press 1 for direct call 6- The customer can enter his friend phone number followed by # 7- His friend mobile is ringing 8- His friends answer and listen to ………………………….. 9- In a few seconds the customer is connected to his friend and can talk to him. Finished: This is the steps and the things I want to be appeared in the video (combination of animation and text and voice and sounds) you can add and adjust on them based on your creativity and experience and I will assist on what need to be adjusted, when I receive the test videos from you, the videos should be creative and eye catching professional video.
