Create a Speaker's Promo Video

I'd like to hire an experienced video editor to create a 1:30-2:30 minute video that is compiled of clips of my public speaking engagements. The purpose is to showcase my public speaking and get people excited to have me speak at their events. The video may also have some text features that show the topics that I speak about. If necessary, I can record an intro or something that is not me on stage. It should have some sort of energizing background music. It should also include snapshots of the audiences, which I will provide. I will provide videos of myself speaking on stage. It'll be up to you to pick what you feel are the most powerful parts and put them together. I'm looking for someone who has done speaker promo videos before and can give me ideas for what else I should include. If you do a good job, I have others in our company who need video work similar to this and will gladly send them your way. Include examples of your work in your proposal in order to be considered.
