I have a beach home in the town of Chernomoritz. It is a large 550 Sq Meter modern home on the first line of the Black sea. It was recently built and is finished except for the interior work. I need to get an estimate or appraisal of the value of this property. I have a hard deadline of Oct 12, 2013 due to legal proceedings. I have detail floor plans and photos if that helps. Hi Ken, I cannot make the estimate myself. I want to know whether you need the so called independent evaluation of the market price Or the estimate, which our local authoroties do and that document is needed for the purchase of a property. Please clarify and if the property has the so called Act 16 and is tax registered I can help you . I can find you an authorised estimater in the area and I'll get you a quote of the priceof the etimate he will do it for.. I live in Burgas , which is near Chernomoretz , as you know.
