Costum Silverlight Media Player Skin XAML Editing

I need a custom skin created for the Microsoft Media Platform Player Framework. This framework is the same silverlight player that is used by netflix and almost every other silverlight site on the internet. The entire platform is open source ([url removed, login to view]).

I've attached a jpeg with the design, I have this player design in photoshop and will provide these files to anyone who works on this project.

In addition to templating the design we would like the freelancer to integrate a couple of the features already existing in the platform, namely the ability to create a visual marker on the timeline, subtitle, audio change (multiple audio), and playlist (coming from our movie database). Social is not a must, but should be nince!

We have somewhat of a tight deadline on this, so most important is just the skinning of the player, the other functions can be done by us, after the deadline (November 26th). There will definitely be more work to follow this if all of our goals are met.
