I was hired by international company, which is going to launch huge website with tutorials and different materials from all over the world, to find native speakers for various tasks. On this website users will find articles, videos, tutorials, “life hacks” and much more content related to different aspects of our life. I am a Malay native and a fresh high school graduate with experience in thesis, research, data management, languages and many more. These has indirectly polished my skills to translate and trancript documents which is especially relevant and helpful for this job. I believe I could do this well since I have spent lots of hours doing so before and I enjoyed it.
I am able to translate a English-Malay documents with rate of approx. 1000 words per hour or 2 full page document per day. Moving on to transcribing videos, I need approximately 3 hours to complete an hour of video depending on the complexity of the video in order to maintain the quality and accuracy. I am willing to do a two hours of video or as required by the employer. Other than that, I am also really interested to do a voice over. Although I have never officially done any voice over jobs before but I have loads of experience talking to lots of people and having my messages conveyed and pronounced clearly. I may need a 1.5 hour for an hour of recording and I can do a max of 3 hour recording per day.
