Chinese to English Translated legal document needs to be tweaked

Hello, I have a legal document in Traditional Chinese which has been translated into English (3rd party translation in English is appended). But the translation need to be tweaked.

There are 50 K words in English and 105 Chinese characters. Deadline 26th July latest.

So , Looking for native English or Chinese speaker has excellent command on the both languages specially in the legal area..
