Convert oscommerce product-data csv spreadsheet to importable Magento csv spreadsheet

I need a product-data export from oscommerce converted in a time-efficient way to an importable Magento spreadsheet that meets the format requirements for a Magento csv import, maybe via a macro/script by someone who really knows excel and who can convert fields in an automated way. I'm open to any time-efficient methods for doing this.
