Chinese Website Translation

Apologies for not contacting previous bidders. I had focussed all my efforts on the english language website for past few weeks. Now need to proceed with the Chinese language side of things. We are a Hong Kong based startup launching a China focussed brand. We have setup the english language website and now need someone who can do the following... 1. Translate the website into Mandarin (Traditional and simplified) - (I can supply the html files). Also I am looking for someone with following kmnowledge... Have knowledge and experience of deploying successful websites for use by the mainland public. Advise and implement relevant SEO for Chinese market. Advise and help setup / implement relevant social media equivalent / online marketing for mainland audience (males 16-35). To start with this will be a one time project to translate to get us up and running but as the brand grows will require additional help over time.
