Dedicated Server Advertising Portal List

I'm looking for a complete list of all of the places that are "dedicated server portals". There are two types of hosting portals: paid and unpaid. Paid are where a company like Net Infrastructure pays for placement of a banner ad. Unpaid are where Net Infrastructure might submit there product offerings to a searchable database.
