Job Responsibilities:
1. Conducting class room training and OJT and share the feedback
2. Training to be conducted as per session plan
3. Formative assessment to be conducted on each module completion
4. Project questionnaire to be conducted periodically
5. Prepare the plan journey programme for each batch and make sure to visit all distributor touch points as per the plan.
6. Monitoring the performance of the trainees in the field during the OJTs.
7. Assisting in sourcing the candidates for the training programme and counseling them for conversion into admissions for batch freeze.
