Functional and Usability testing for a Website with TCs

We have launched a new [login to view URL] need testers who can do end to end testing which includes but not limited to functional testing. QA person should be able to test different browsers and log bugs on a online bug server. There may be also need to record and load test functional tests using JMETER , so proficiency with JMETER is preferable. Tester should be able to do usability testing and suggest any issues in existing information flow and use cases. Tester should be open to discuss the project on call and test accordingly.
