Permission based email gathering.

I have a list of contacts that are local to us. I need someone to call them and ask them for their email address and their permission for us to send them an email with a link to our company and the services we offer. Will provide a VOIP phone software and configuration, the contact list and pitch. I need you to call all day (EST) and reach at least 100 contacts per day. I need someone who speaks good English, (neutral accent is acceptable), is professional and can give me a list of email addresses everyday.
