Call Center/Telemarketing SEO Sales

We are looking for a call center or a team of freelancers to call home owners in USA, and take information for their home improvement needs. NO sales only a short survey. It's a very simple campaign, all you have to do is give the home owners a free estimate for their home improvement. In centers currently running, the average SPD is 8. Atleast 8 leads is expected per agent per day. We are looking for high quality and high volume and a long lasting relationship. You will be paid on per lead basis. Recordings of every lead call is needed. We will be paying an average $10 for every lead, paid via paypal or bank wire in weekly billing cycle.
