Create Application Specification from existing app manual

I require someone who is experienced in compiling application development specifications. I will supply a manual (pdf file) for an existing application which I need converted in application development specification. The application developement specification will be used by a developer to code the application. In the first instance you should respond advising your experience in creating application development specifications and ideally supply one or two examples of specifications that you have put together. Based on your initial response, I will choose to communicate with persons I believe are suitably qualified to complete this task. I would then supply the manual for review prior to comitting to the project. If you are chosen for the project I expect you to supply quality work on time and to provide status update (even if only a single line) each day so that I can be sure you are working on this. Persons who are suitably qualified and can demonstrate this in their initial response and are able to turn the project around quickly will get preference. I will make a very quick decision as I need to get this started as soon as possible so we can commence development of the application.
