Best sof the best system admin to audit

I have dealt with many system administration companies in my time, and they will always seemed to lacked a combination of availability, skills and ability to pay attention to details. The truth is for my hosting operation I could have never afford hireing a full time dedicated focused staff, and I can't at this moment either. What I can do is something else: I would like to hire someone with top skills and strong attention to details to mostly audit and supervise the work that my more affordable staff will do. In another words I'm looking for a semi manager. The first project I’m willing to test you out with is is simply 2 servers with 300 clients, so the hours is very limited. Depends on your level of skills we can discuss different contracts maybe even lead to a certain partnership, but I guess for now I would like to start with a bid for about 5-10 hours of per month
