Server 2003 DNS problems

Its a windows server 2003 with some DNS problems. Machines cannot acces internet if I setup DC as primary DNS. Can not add new machines to domain. It says server can not execute asked task. It looks like there is some misconfiguration on DNS server Thanks in advance
