Calculations of concrete/steel/etc.. for the execution of a architectural plan

Hi, I writing this letter as an effort to get this opportunity. I trying to get some opportunities as freelancer, because the condition of my country. Well, first let me introduce myself. My name is Darwing Camacho. I am a Civil Engineer. I am from Venezuela. I have four years of experience. I have good knowledge in the structural area. I use programs such as SAP2000. ETABS and SAFE. I also could use other program you may prefer, such as Tekla or CypeCAD. I also could prepare details using AutoCAD or REVIT. Well, I would explain the first reason I prefer to work as a freelancer. The economic condition of my country is not good; salary is very bad and is not enough to buy all the things you may need. Companies want to pay a misery for you job and knowledge, I consider I am not a person who think just about the money, but I do not want to waste my knowledge with people that do not care about human resource.
