i have very good experience in c and c++ over many platforms windows and linux besides using c in POS and Embedded Systems development

Heya, I'll do it in C. Please can you give me more information as to what needs to be created? How big would you need the source code to be , any structures you need to implement?

If it need graphics I can use QT, it no, then I will write using raw C++, I can do it in linux or windows as you like.
