automate my process - Linked In - specific clients. Python?

I have outlined a 3 stage process that use for linkedin. It is quite labour-intensive that could be automated as it's mainly repetition. I'm sure there are bots that exist that get near to what I want. I don't mind if someone has the right box but please note this is not a mass marketing exercise bit more I rather personalised and targeted approach. I ideally I will have a few python scripts that I can run off with exactly what I wanted colour even better if there was a nice GUI. I also currently use LinkedIn autopilot Chrome extension but it's quite a lot of money but Something that really is very clever and so will certainly welcome alternative more cost effective and sustainable alternatives. See my three stage process below. Can you help me automate LUV and if so what? I will only answer to did is that have obviously read my need and answering directly back to my need rather than requesting more of my time to save themselves having to read.
