This is easily doable through a programming library called Selenium. I will be able to extract the information you need fairly quickly and make the software expandable so that other sites can be scraped later. Preventing you from getting banned is just a case of making the program behave like a human, this has the drawback of making the software slower but is the only real way to prevent being blocked. All I would need from you is a sample of how you want the CSV to look!

In addition I have big experience in creating web crawlers, since I was working on development of social media which was used to present data from different sites like IMDB etc. Challenge was to get all theses data from different sources and merge it in data base (data about move, actors, actors data, rating ,comments, recommendations etc.) all from different pages or even different web sites was taken. This was implemented as on demand action that was filling data base. Other experience was when customer requested to change CMS system that was used by his company. There was lot of pages and lot of data so to type in to new CSM was not and option. So i created web crawler to transfer data from old CMS to new one.
