Modify macOS installer/package to include extra files

Hi,

I currently have a macOS/OSX application which comes as a .DMG. Once mounted/opened there is a .PKG file. I need this application/installer re-package so it copies/includes extra files in a specific location.

These extra files need to be copied over to the below location during or after installation.

/Library/Application Support/OpenVPN/profile

Need this to be look as professional and clean as possible.

Please let me know if this is possible. If you need the files beforehand to test, happy to send them over.
