Build a python script that utilises FFMPEG to do three things:
Combine two videos based on the time the videos were taken into a multi-view screen with one video displayed above another video output as a single mp4 file
Read timestamps from a CSV file and delete parts of the video that are not needed, based on the fields of a csv file. *explained below
Overlay "PASSID" number in the csv file as an on screen display on the video.
Outputs a jpeg file for every row of the csv file, with the name of the file reflecting the timestamp.
*The CSV has a timestamp and a second interval before and after saying what portion of the video to keep. If a portion of the video is not in that range it should be deleted from the video.
The script should expect that there will be many different videos within a single folder that may contain the relevant time stamp, and will look in each video's metadata to find which video it is.
