Develop Music and Video player from scratch

Hi I have reviewed the project description and would like to let you know firstly that there is no such video player which can play a single format video in all of the devices/browsers. MP4 is used at most of the places but the specific code is written so when the video is played on different devices/browsers, different format of video is played automatically.
