Create / program an Unreal Engine Plugin for the ANT+ wireless communication standard

The goal is to create an Unreal Engine plugin that allows anybody to connect e.g. a heartrate monitor that sends data using the ANT+ wireless protocol to the engine with ease. There will be an ANT+ USB dongle inserted into the computer that reads the incoming wireless data, that then has to be relayed to the Unreal Engine using a C++ plugin. Inside of the Unreal Engine there would have to be a node in the node editor that can then be used to e.g. change the player speed based on the heart rate. The part that makes this very special is that the plugin would have to be finished (in a first, rudimentary version) until the 26.1.2016 !
