My business has designed a program that assists Property Investors in assessing the investment potential of individual properties. It uses the Australian tax system and various maths based queries to generate reports for the user on how a particular property will build their wealth as a unique investor. We have designed the program in MS Excel but want to have it developed into a piece of software that can be sold over the internet. A limited or restricted version of the software will need to be available for trial downloads.
