Consume Wordpress API to build a FAQ system

EBANX is a cross border payment processor, located in Brazil but with global operations. We enable customers in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Peru to buy from Merchants abroad, such as Sony, AliExpress, Airbnb and Spotify using local payment methods. We have several points from which customers can interact with our Customer Services agents, such as our website - [login to view URL], blogs - [login to view URL] and e-wallet - https://conta.ebanx.com. We are now building a new FAQ and this project is developed in Ruby. The need is to create a smart search showing data results from related JSON articles that are available in wordpress. Useful informations This project is on our website with Ruby on rails and you'll develop it in our slim ecosystem (we use slim instead of pure html). You can create your own system files and we'll develop the interface on top of that. Feel free to change some front-end stuff. Create the smart search with javascript. Phase 01 – Smart search For API, WP REST API plugin for Wordpress ([login to view URL]) is used. To access advanced fields with API, ACF TO REST API ([login to view URL]) is used. Description: 1. Search with instant results displayed, it associates a keyword and displays information in the autocomplete box, that way it automatically modifies the questions shown in the question box. Phase 02 – Question rating 1. Every question has a "Yes" or "No" rating, depending if the question was helpful. For each evaluation made, it is necessary to store the chosen option and provide it as data on the fields of each post in Wordpress. In the Wordpress post there is a "Positive Review" and "Negative Review" field for this. 1.1 Make a pageview count and provide the count as data on the Wordpress post field "Page View". 1.2 Form For each user, count the submitted forms and provide it as data on the wordpress post "Form Sended" field. The form contains the fields 'Name', 'Phone' and 'Message'. Phase 03 – Trending questions 1. Trending topics: it organizes the most searched questions and displays them in the question area.
