C# Class convert QRP (Quick Report) files to PDF or TIFF

I am needing a C# Class that allows me to send a QRP (Quick Report) file as a parameter and it will return a PDF file from the QRP. For example, from my line I would call yourclass(Full Path of QRP,Full path of PDF); QRP file swere generated in Delphi so if you are a delphi programmer and can export a library to make it compatible with .net thats awesome. Or if you can write a program that could take an entire directory and give me the destination option for all the files thats valid too no matter in what language it is coded. Requirements are not intricate, Im just needing a result instead of a procedure.

I am Delphi developer with lot of experience with Quickreport and PDF so I could make you EXE that takes 2 parameters InputQrp i OutputPDF, or DLL with 2 string parameteres and same function. Also If you want, I can make EXE that takes folder as input, and then make conversion but this would be separate job.
