Chat-log/Dump analyze

Hi there, Im looking for a person who could put together an Access form which could analyze chat logs. I will provide a .txt dump file and this flow should be able to do the following: \check-search for individuals and see how many times have they responded \what is the response time per individual \average response time within the whole log log sample: [7:49 AM] User | ABC : lorem ipsum [7:50 AM] Manager1: ipsum lorem [7:56 AM] User | CBA : lorem ipsum [7:58 AM] Manager2: ipsum lorem so i want to be able to capture the time how long did it take manager 1 and manager2 to respond to this query and check how many times did the managers respond within this log. I would need to group the response time - under 1 minute - over 1 minute - over 5 minutes - over 10 minutes - and over 20 minutes The interface should be split: one side to select the user - the other side showing the options and results.
